  • Many thanks. If I took 1 minutes rests every 1500 it would be much better as that is all that is required for sensation to return to my lower arm and hand. My coach doesn't see anything wrong, beats me. Thanks for asking. Maybe I just need to be hooked up to the rack and have everything pulled out a bit. I do have a chiro but haven't been to him since he cured my knee issues and that was before I went on a 10 month distance bender and this issue became more annoying. GeeK: Went to my chiro today for some shoulder maintenance and I asked him about your issue. He immediately said "coracobrachialis." Haven't googled it, but my understanding is that it is basically a nerve entrapment somewhere on the nerve pathway from neck down the arm. It would cause the "going to sleep" sensation in your forearms and hands. ART woul definitely help, although could be painful! Sounds fixable! Good luck!
