(S)he-Man was the top female finisher at the 25K championship. Congrats!
"The winning time was 5:39.09 by Richard Kramer, 42, of Illinois Masters. The first female to complete the race was Kristina Ulveling, 35, of Georgia Masters, who swam the 25K in 6:25.25"

Glider, your wife (my chiro) is a saint and miracle worker. I told her that there was NO WAY I could have done that swim had I not started seeing her last year!
'Course, I don't need to tell you how amazing she is! Still working on getting some info for Geek!
Thanks Billy. I too got, "What does 25K mean?" Quite a few people are not familiar with kilometers!
Allen, I think that swim was the last prerequisite for becoming beast. Sigh.
Stud, I have to admit, I'm still a cream puff at heart. Unlike you, I cannot swim with pain! That must be why they call you Stud!
Paul, thank you. Very nice of you to say that. After that ghastly swim, I need no further cajoling to rejoin with the sprinters!
