Hi, as I'm somewhat new to the training thing, can someone explain to me what benefit I would get using fins over sans fins? I've read about improved ankle flexibility, but are stretching exercises as effective? Do they work needed muscles better? One of my biggest problems is establishing rhythm (coordinating stroke and kick), and someone here mentioned that they may help with that. Could someone expound?
