anyone have opinions on which is better for training? Starting to get back into swimming and need advice....

Another thing about Zoomers is that they don't float. After a while it starts to feel like kicking with two bricks attached to your feet. (good, propulsive bricks) I think they strengthen the lower back, and promote a good legs-up body position which translates well to full stroke swimming.
