Torres has opted out of the 100 free in Beijing. Lacy Nyemer(sp?) will swim the individual event in her place.

  • Dara obliterates her PR and people want to believe it is real. I want to believe it's real, but I have to agree about the "obliterating" part. Here's some data. Dara last held the WR in the 50 free in 1984 with a 25.61(she was 17). At the 2000 Olympics she got a bronze with a 24.63. This past Sunday at Trials she went a 24.25.
