Over 18?

All amateur swimmers 18 and over should be required to swim at least one masters meet per year. This would help with the transition into adult life, and really show the younger generation the value of masters swimming. Adults who continue to love the sport, that's a great networking tool and a positive way to stay involved with people of similar interests.

I would never try to sell you something in an elevator. Relationship sales are worth way more in the long run. I might ask for your card, and e-mail you a few investment idea's over the next few years. Although let's say we did happen to meet in an elevator. Instead I give you $100 on one condition, you have to tell me who you're favorite athlete is. If you answer Dara Torres, I'll let you keep the cash. As far as trying to convince anyone of this idea, whether it is viable or not, that's not my motivation. In fact, if the idea does "fly" that would be enough reward in itself. I've read all the posts and am really trying to understand your proposal but at this point just don't get it. I love swimming and might invest but invest to me implies there will be a return of some sort. Is the return monetary? if not then what is it? This has nothing to do with how things were done in the past. I just don't get what you are asking people to do.
