Still not ready to race.

I want to attend and watch the races at the 2008 LC Masters in Oregon. But I am not ready to race I have been too busy to train. I would like to be a spectator, can I still get in on the party??? Can I get in the pool for a swim??? I am going to bring my camera to take pictures, who is going to be there??? I tried to find who is competing but have not found out.
