What is the longest you have ever swam in a single workout or practice?
For me, it was 5700 yards.
I'm sure a lot of you have some pretty impressive totals:)

12,000 meters in 3 hours (6:00 am to 9:00 am). It was late April, 1972 with the Lakewood Aquatic Club in Southern California training for the '72 Trials. Coach was Jim Montrella. The workout was 120, 100's (meters) leaving every 1:20. I made interval until the 88th 100 and then swam straight through. Steve Genter made it until the 105th 100 when he missed interval and then swam through. At the end, the sky and everything was orange in color, and was very disoriented. Took about 15 minutes to regain my bearings.
