What is the longest you have ever swam in a single workout or practice? For me, it was 5700 yards. I'm sure a lot of you have some pretty impressive totals:)

Good luck Kristina, you'll do great. As for me I just got back from a 3 hour 8200 meter workout and my arms are tired and sore. The main set was 60x100 @1:30 with paddles. Now I am just going to sit on the couch and pretend I have arms with which to pick up my drink. Really amazing there Donna! Actually, sounds good to me! Although I prefer no paddles now. I get a better feel for the water via swimming only or buoy only. But I still love the speed that paddles generate. Still swimming with the kiddies, right? I've just started taking a recovery drink after workouts (never did that in the past) and they really work! I'm back to feeling great after tough workouts. It's pretty incredible. Not sure if you already do that, but I find it to be worth the investment. I also switched from Gatorade to an energy drink with no sugar. Keeps me constant throughout the workout and prevents crashing.
