What is the longest you have ever swam in a single workout or practice?
For me, it was 5700 yards.
I'm sure a lot of you have some pretty impressive totals:)

That race was always the first race of the year. It was a river race then into a large bay. They made it so the first twenty miles would be done in about 2 hours. Then into a Bay that had tidal water flowing out.
They set the race to be very difficult some years and very easy other years. It could be take 6 hours or even 11 hours. The fastest time for the race was 6 hours 15 min, the longest time was 13 hours.
It was a very trying race for everyone you did not know if it was going to take 6 plus hours or 12 hours.
