What is the longest you have ever swam in a single workout or practice?
For me, it was 5700 yards.
I'm sure a lot of you have some pretty impressive totals:)

When you are young and dumb you do silly things - so we thought it would cool to swim a Marathon in a single day. We did divide it into 3 workouts -- going 12,500 between 5:30 and 8:30; 15,000 between 11 and 2:30 and another 15K in the evening - 3 out of 5 people made it ....
