What is the longest you have ever swam in a single workout or practice?
For me, it was 5700 yards.

Ande, I didn't know you swam for Paul. I swam for the masters team in Oregon when he was coaching the age group team. He used to stop us to tell us a joke. Great man.
As for the question, a few months ago I did 6300 in a 2 hour practice with the age group team. That's the most I've done at once that I can remember.
