I need some tips or a verbal breakdown of how to do this back to *** turn - my current way is terribly slow (kind of a very weak bucket turn) and I'd like to start working on this... seems as though on this kind of turn you flip upside down a bit???

I've been working quite extensively on the back to *** turn, and it just so happens that I've figured out a way to understand it, and that seems to have really helped my IM. (finally)
