    Okay, continuing the "less is more" theme, what does Paul (and anybody else) consider to be the ideal warmup at a zone or nat champs-type meet for a sprinter (bearing in mind always, that it can be a gong show trying to what you want in crowded conditions). Big meet warm-up is overrated. The excitement of the event leads to a nervous system fight-or-flight response, which is very good for athletic performance.
