    Dennis is a great guy and an exceptional talent...and there are few that train as hard as the guy does. I've spoken with him a few times about his training and like everyone else read about his routine, I'd love to see what he would be capable of if rested more than he typically has in the past (only a few days for worlds) and put in more time strength training and doing speed work. On a related note....Jeff Commings missed the 100 *** cuts by about 1.5 seconds. Great effort on his part....he's been there before sand i know, would have loved to be there again doing more than reporting...hopefully it pissed him off enough to get ready for our 200 medley relay in Portland! Paul, work on him. I need y'all to carry my dead weight on that relay! P.S. I am surprised you didn't attribute your quote in your signature. I know you didn't say that...
