    Trust me, it won't, not even remotely close. Actually, it is possible to lift twice a week with absolutely no noticeable change in appearance!!!! Yep. It's more than just how often you lift. - Intensity (gotta lift heavy) - Hormones (being a young male is optimal) - Food (protein and calories)
