    Plus, I would be unhappy only working out 3x a week. I can do "less is more" in the pool, but 4 days of sitting around doing nothing? No thanks. Don't want to sacrifice fitness and I like cross training. I'm with you on that. I like to do some kind of exercise every day. A little bit of lifting, a little bit of swimming. In the summer, maybe some kayaking and biking as well. It's a mental health thing.
