To quote that great line from Hoosiers -
"I think we should vote again!"
For me - Hayes' 1984 swim (which was fabulous) is now #2; and (no surprise) Lezak's is #1 (and will likely be for a very long time......)
I always thought that Billy Mills' finish in the 10,000 meter in the '64 Games was the greatest in Olympic history. That relay finish by Lezak is now the greatest finish of all time.
My vote is for last night's relay race. I have a friend who doesn't watch much, if any, TV, and he was asking me about it this morning. It was one of the few times I was out of my seat watching sports on TV (like I could get a better view if I moved around the living room). Kids were in bed, my wife and I were screaming, and I hurt my shoulder waiving my fist in the air. Most awesome!

Jason Lezak deserves the honor big time. The way he charged at the end of his race.....he has the heart and soul of a champion. That relay was by far one the best races I've ever seen!!

Lezak's superman swim in the 400 FREE RELAY yesterday! People across the world were floored. He put his heart and guts into that race.
I get a lump in my throat and a tear in my eye every time I see that race, and I'm not an emotional person normally. Definitely the best race I have ever seen.
