Rabdall certainly put it all out there. Can he keep it up? Also a great swim by Grevers. He was visibly faster at the finish than Lochte, who looked to be seizing up a little (to be expected, for sure).
last night Rowdy said vendt touched with the wrong hand
I disagree, I think he did it right but just didn't get to the wall before the other 2, valliant effort.
can't wait to watch 200's
Yeah, Rowdy got that wrong. I think he was forgetting that Vendt is half a foot shorter than Vanderkaay. Vendt did lift his head up way too soon, though.
I'm a little confused. I thought nbcolympics.com was supposed to be broadcasting a bunch of swimming. Looking at the semifinal start list for the men's 100 back it looks like it's scheduled for 7:39pm (is that central, eastern, or what?), but the nbcolympics.com website says the webcast starts at 8:00 eastern. So we're not going to get to see anything before then?

Big props to Josh Davis commentating on the morning prelims... he is obviously excited to see the older swimmers compete... he was really psyched about SVDL. He even mentioned MASTERS - I thought that was great!
The 100 back for both men and women will be awesome to watch. I think the women's race will come down to either Natalie or Haley lowering the WR again - it will be neat to see who finals in the men's!!!!
Still can't wait for the women's 100 fly tonight... GO CHRISTINE!!!
I can't wait to watch the trials tonight:woot:
Was anyone able to hear the annoncer on the trials last night? It was intresting how they had two people talking at once.
