No one knows how to detect gene doping. Lots of scientists are working on it though. There is an 8 year time limit to disqualify someone for cheating, so the idea is to figure out a reliable method of detection before 2016.
Missed Lochte in 200 fly @ 2:03.14.
I don't believe he nor Phelps will swim all these events. I see no reason for Lochte to swim 200 fly or 100 ***. I don't also believe that Phelps will swim 400 free.
