2008 US OLYMPIC TEAM TRIALS - SWIMMING June 29 - July 6, 2008 Omaha, Nebraska RESULTS Live Timing www.NBCOlympics.com will webcast the morning prelim sessions live from the 2008 U.S. Olympic Team Trials in Omaha, Neb. Olympic gold medalist and former National Team captain Josh Davis will be the commentator.   • Do you really think club selection is that critical between CW, TXLAST, USC, and MAC? Matt, Perhaps critical isn't the right word to use. TXLA with 8/22 had 36.4% of the mens team. The four teams with 2+ qualifiers had 15 swimmers, 68% of the team. It is a matter of numbers and stats. 11 clubs qualified one male swimmer for the Olympics. That doesn't tell me that it is CRITICAL to swim for TXLA if you want to go to the olympics. However, the fact that TXLA has 8 swimmers going tells me there is a high CORRELATION with that program and Olympic berths.
