    Randall Bal! I think 53.28 is a best time for him. He hasn't been to the Olympics, but I think he really deserves it. Another great swim from Bal in semis. I'm kind of rooting for him, but let's be clear: he "deserves" it when he finishes top two in finals. There's only one way to "deserve" an olympic berth. I think Yoda put it best...
