    I think all times listed are Eastern. But, if they are starting ahead of time... I would go to nbcolympics.com and watch it thru there... I believe the trials are on USA on TV today and tomrrow... I think you can watch it all thru the nbc website. I don't like the way it was broadcast tonight. At 8pm USA only showed the 2nd semi final with Phelps but not the first. Also way too much time with commercials. And don't get me started on the nbcolympics webcast!It is exactly the same as the TV broadcast -commercials included, but with a slight delay. Though I feel like I should be grateful that swimming is on TV at all, considering how little is usually shown.:(
