Challenge Stadium has one 50 meter indoor pool, an indoor diving and water polo pool, two outdoor 50 meter pools, and an outdoor water polo pool.

Laura Val took the women's 55-59 100 Free. She went a 1:02.45 to Heather Campbell 1:03.45. Heather told Laura it was the fastest 100 she had swim.
64 yr old Ken Frost of TAM took first in the 100Breaststroke. He was about two body length ahead at the finish.
Rich Burns took second in the 200 back.
World championships
Rich Burns (TAM) was touched out in the 200 back 2:24.19 (0.03 behind first).
Ken Frost at the high end of his age group won the 200 free by a body length at 2:30.81.
Laura Val won the women's 200 free (55-59) 2:18.11.
I just wanted to shout out a hearty CONGRATS! to my teamates (both named and unnamed above) in their excellent swims so far! Glad the results are finally being posted. I've been dying to know how they've been doing all weekend.
