Somehow I got a minor hamstring pull in one leg within 24 hrs of a meet, I'm not sure how. It is not that bad, I just think it may slow down my starts. Probably too late to switch to a track start to favor one leg. I'm off to the meet in about an hour. Today I'm in sprints, tomorrow mostly distance, where starts matter much less, heck I could just flop into the water and only lose a second. I probably shouldn't be telling this story here because I may make you people tapering for nationals paranoid!

I'm fine, it was just a cramp not a sprain or pull. Whatever it was it didn't stop me from dropping 2.47 seconds in the 100 free.
Yep. Didn't seem to hinder you too much today. I did notice that your reaction time on the 50 was a little slow; that could explain it. Congrats on the drop and good luck tomorrow.
