Unfortunately (for me and my fragile male ego), I know of plenty of girls who are faster than me.
I agree with the statements made above, your track record is showing improvement from season to season. Continue to build on this. I can't speak for everyone, but my improvements have come when I least expect it. I'll have discouraging practices and then have some breakthroughs. It just seems to come when I don't expect it. Think Kaizen!
