Will be going to DC in late May for work, and would like to go to a pool to train while there. Probably staying somewhere near the convention center. Any suggestions?

I have swum on my own at the National Capital YMCA which has a 25 m pool and is a long walk or a short cab ride from hotels near the convention center. Last year I swam at the American University with the Curl-Burke team. I took a cab, but you can also take the Metro and then a bus to get there. Nice facility with coached workouts and friendly people.
