We've got not only that, but also none of the stalls have doors. Not the best scenario, but you gotta do what you gotta do.
Back in college our locker room literally had the toilets adjacent to some of the lockers. If you were sitting on the throne you were probably no more than about three feet from the nearest locker. Yes, the freshman got those lockers. :)
You had lockers? Neither of the college/universities I swam for had lockers for the men's swim team. One had an equipment room, the other had a space much like a county pool change room, cement benches along the walls with hanging green mesh bags and a towel "boy" (he was about 75)/ attendant.
