I watched a 30 minute clip of the events held yesterday. No LZR there, no worlds records, a couple of Canadian records. It is good to see a few records broken without LZRs.

The tape for todays finals is on at &:30 pm on CBC Vancouver. I am going to watch them. I think you can get them on line.
Russel a great job in the 200 free lead all the way. he took a mouthfull of water on the last stroke. I was surprised to see how tight he held his fingers together.
