I watched a 30 minute clip of the events held yesterday. No LZR there, no worlds records, a couple of Canadian records. It is good to see a few records broken without LZRs.
A very nice 100 m butterfly by a tiny young lady.

We all know that Olympic (and World-Class) pools are now ten-lanes, starting at zero and ending in 9, with swimmers using lanes 1 to 8.
We all know that the two middle lanes (between the yellow lane ropes) are 4 and 5.
Why did Swimming Canada have to go and renumber the lanes from 1 to 10 and have swimmers using lanes 2 to 9 with the fastest swimmer (in what my eyes tell me is/should be lane 4) in lane number 5 ???????
Those jokers have nothing better to do (in between cashing paychecks) than this?
