I suggest somewhere in Central / Downtown Austin that serves both beer and food. if we want to be outdoors we need to watch the weather that day

Pub crawl seems like a logical Sunday night activity. I am planning on challenging Mel to a drinking gridge after all his bragging, so we could do it then.
What is the expected weather in Austin? Are we only using one pool for competition?
After the buzz I got from one beer last night I am no longer challenging anyone to a gridge involving drinking. I'm IN for the pub crawl and all other social activities in Austin :)

If we were only using one pool there would be no "after meet" events. The meet would need to run 24 hours per day. :)
There are always two courses for short course Nationals: even heats in one, odd heats in the other.
OK we should have bad weather back up plans for

We also might want to have a AFTER parties at one of
Austin's Live Music venues like
the Broken Spoke (which is further) or
Antones (on 5th street down town)
we might want to look at music listings
or would y'all rather have a place that's quieter?

Of course OUR team dinner is better than yours! (If I can't win in the pool I'll smack talk outside it!!!) :thhbbb:
I'd like to go to at least one night, but I'm traveling with my team and we might have other activities.
I also am travelling with my team. There's three of us (me, myself and I). Getting everyone to agree is difficult but hopefully it will work out.
