I recently got a copy of the document attached below and it astounded me. I know that there is widespread disagreement and rancor on this Discussion Forum but I was completely unaware how far up the chain it went.

Don't worry Jim. I've just read that California, like many other states, can't afford to keep people incarcerated. You'll be out in no time!
