I recently got a copy of the document attached below and it astounded me. I know that there is widespread disagreement and rancor on this Discussion Forum but I was completely unaware how far up the chain it went.

Besides, it just pushes us both towards excellence, right? We're actually quite good for each other. Well, I probably should say you're good for me, I shouldn't assume it's reciprocal.
