Regarding Phelps, Gary Hall has stated that there are ppl that whisper about Phelps... But Phelps was an Olympian at age 15. He didn't come out of nowhere. His turns are out of this world. That just doesn't seem chemically-induced. I assume that this is a continuation of your tongue-in-cheek comments from the other thread? For the record I think Phelps is clean but the way he stayed under water for more than ten meters off each turn, without any sign of negative consequences, on his way to smashing one of the least-soft WRs in the books was hardly a counter-indication of PED use.
