(In all seriousness, this was inspired by a volleyball book by Karch Kiraly, where he mentions injuring one of his elbows as a kid. It allowed him to hyperextend his arm, which improved the angle of his forearms when bumping. To his credit, he didn't recommend breaking your elbow to try to gain the same benefit.)
