SDK == streamline dolphin kick
Not sure about EDF. Maybe EVF was meant (early vertical forearm).

EDF == Early Diagonal Forearm
This recognizes that the forearm is not necessarily vertical - the important thing is the forearm be perpendicular to the direction of travel, it doesn't matter what orientation it has within that plane.
