It's interesting how fractions are perceived as unsurrmountable barriers.
The difference between .64 and .28 may be less than the time it takes to batt an eyelash.
This new record may very well last for a decade. Who knows.
Swimming in his own backyard with cheers from the home crowd might have given him the extra umph to perform the swim of a lifetime.
