I don't understand why people are using the swimmers 2007, 2006, 2005... times to argue the issue. They swam faster each year. Isn't that what happens as you mature and get more training under your belt? Do people accuse a uss age group swimmer when they drop their time? no.
(For the aforementioned female this may or may not apply. What I'm referring to above are swimmers who are 20-30 yrs old)
