How hard is it to pick up a second not too hard. A better dive, a better turn, a better breakout, a better technique. Nothing is impossible. Once it starts to come together I can see a drop to a 46 sec lcm swim and I think it will happen soon.

Some one said that Alain Bernard did not come up first on his dive, he thought it was a half body length lost on the dive. I did not like his foot position on the dive, I would have him correct it.
