I believe Lochte is swimming this. It'll be interesting to see if A he really rests for this meet and B - how fast he goes (rested or not) and finally C - how does this effect his trials if at all?

World record for the USA in the 4x100 free relay! Ryan Lochte, Bryan Lundquist, Nathan Adrian, and Doug Van Wie went 3:08.44. The Netherlands (3:09.18) also went under the old record (3:09.57 by Sweden) 1 5 USA United States 3:08.44 WR LOCHTE Ryan 0.72 23.07 47.09 (1) 47.09 LUNDQUIST Bryan 0.28 22.34 46.64 (1) 1:33.73 ADRIAN Nathan 0.37 22.00 46.57 (1) 2:20.30 VAN WIE Doug 0.44 22.92 48.14 (1) 3:08.44 Props to those guys. I would not have picked that foursome to win the event, much less set a world record.
