I'm so proud of my bulldogs....the men were ranked 13th, seeded 11th based on entry times and ended up placing seventh! Going 1-2 in the mile and the 200 fly was such a thrill. Gil Stovall won the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 1:41.33, shattering the 17-year-old NCAA record of 1:41.78 set by Tennessee’s Melvin Stewart.
The UGA women did well considering they had 9 freshmen! Hopefully they will get stronger year by year.
