A picture is a picture. Don't know what is ridiculous about it unless his head was superimposed or something.
He had just swum a race, he was flexing his muscles, and the camera angle was just right. It's pretty obvious when you look at normal pictures of him, like the one I posted, that he's not much larger than any other fast swimmer.
