    Because a negative test really doesn't mean anything. I can accept the possibility that she is clean. Why is it so hard for posters to accept the possibility that she isn't? Speaking only for myself of course, I can accept the possibility that she is dirty. Anything is possible, especially doping in elite level sports. Having said that, I choose to give her the benefit of the doubt.
