Ok, I've spent the last hour searching the posts to see if anyone has a similar problem to mine, and I haven't found much.
I am in ok shape and in my late 20's. For the past two weeks I have had this feeling of intense pressure on my lower back. It comes and goes. Flipturns are not good for it. It is not constant, just pressure for a few seconds and then it stops and then a few minutes later pressure again. I don't have intense pain, it is more of a discomfort but I can't imagine this is good. It kinda feels as if I have a 10 pound weight on my lower back. Any suggestions?
