I'm traveling and doubt I'll be able to find a good pool to work out in for a week. Our hotel looks to have a "lap pool" which looks to be about 15 yards or so. At least its straight and the ends are flat.
Any ideas for training in a bathtub? (Floyd, I know you're an expert at this).
The stretch cords take some getting used to. It is very difficult to get a good workout with them, especially trying to swim in place which tends to be a bit jerky and monotonous. They do work well, however, with backstroke and flutter kicking, which can be challenging if you try to stretch it all the way across a hotel pool.
