Am training for a 1/2 IM in early May. Spend a lot of time during the winter skiing in Vermont. I bought a set of stretch cordz, hoping to use them on days when I cannot get in a swim workout. Are there any videos out there that have a demonstration, for example?
Would appreciate any information on their use!

I think stretch cords or surgical tubing can help swimmers tremendously when used correctly. They can be used to improve the muscles responsible for establishing an Early Vertical Forearm as well as supplement a resistance training program. I have posted some stretch cord exercises on youtube (EVF + swimming) and plan to post a couple more now that you brought that up. Good luck, Coach T.
