I would argue it's not the swimming that increases fat percentile, but what we eat before and after working out. The body naturally goes into survival mode and wants to store glucose, and we have to trick that mechanism by choosing the food we eat. The timing of this is equally important. Please expand here on on a new thread. I'd love a food blog to help me shed the last 10lbs. Though if I do I'll need to hire a bodyguard to beat Fort back... :lmao: Example for last night. I got home about 6:30. Ate a power bar triple threat; took accelerade to swim, cranked out a tough (for me) 4k , drank endurox soon after in my car, got home and ate chicken cutlet with pasta and tomato sauce at past 10 pm. 1 aleve, 1 mug caffeine free coffee and a glass of water before bed.
