Australian Eamon Sullivan swam a 21.56 50m (LCM) to finally break Popov's record set back in Moscow in 2000: www.smh.com.au/.../1203190655692.html news.google.ca/news He went on to swim 48.11 in the 100m.

    Allan in a 50 or a 100 you do what you have to do. The was not much wrong there. Power all the way clean exit and a powerfull hand entry. Did anyone notice the second wave, it was a big wave that he was kicking into. It seemed to me it was pushing him forward. I don't think he was stroke counting. I think he did 40 strokes + 21 or 22 sec gives him a score of 61 or 62. I am going to down load it and make it slow motion and get an accurate count.
