How should you train to sprint 25 yards faster?

I thought this would be an interesting discussion How should you train to sprint 25's faster? probably begin with Testing your current 25 speed then do some type of training then retest 25 speed how often to retest? What type of training? Your thoughts are?

    If I were training for a 25, I would put a big emphasis on plyometrics to improve my start, which is critical in a 25, and would end up being the deciding factor. After that I'd work on power and turnover speed. I definitely see what you are saying with the 200 training though, and Bottom Addressed that rather well in his interview with floswimming.
