While my personal view is that trash talking is unnecessary and counter productive,none the less it seems some good natured trash talking is beginning in the kicking thread.Since not everyone is interested in how important kicking is,but everyone is interested in the S(he) Man/Knelson battle of the Titans,not to mention the Muppet/Fort demolition derby,I thought it should have it's own thread.So,go ahead,make my day.
Jeff may be a sprinter but I give him a lot of credit for doing longer events (ie, REAL swimming events). Last summer I saw him do OW races of 2 miles and 5K.
add:
1st in the 1650 at the AutiSwim 1000/1650 meet last month (don't remember the time)
Paul mentioned his 400IM last weekend
he also beat me (wasn't too hard to do) in the 500 w/ a 5:low 20s last weekend.
i'd say he's embracing his inner distance swimmer.
